"Institute for Inclusive and Sustainable Human Development" is non profit institution run through the federated chapters of Sbaer Forums which are network of local self governing bodies of members. The members are the citizens, social workers, development activists, development professionals, and the common people who are united with common objectives and intention of inclusion in development policies while attaining sustainable goals in day to day living.
The World federation of the Chapters of Sbaer Forum entitled "Sbaer Forum-World" has the ownership stake in IISHD. The Regional federations of the Chapters of Sbaer Forum has stake in the the Chapters of IISHD and its various regional schools.
The local chapters of Sbaer Forums has stake in and partners with IISHD in the publication entitled 'Shaashwat Business and Economic Research'. The local Chapters are the partners in Actions towards regional inclusive and sustainable development projects, programmes and initiative through participatory actions, participatory research and participatory consulting apart from their local priorities and activities.
We belive Charity is our generocity but the Social Work is Need of ours and of whole society. To Develop and Practice inclusive and Sustainable Models of Socio-Economic interactions promoting humanitarian values and behavior that would create Gross National Happiness.
IISHD is a self-sustaining and self-reliant institution dedicated for development of resources such as social, economic, environmental, cultural, spiritual, individual, personal, and similar development interventions resulting in wellbeing and happiness of people, nation and of humanity providing equal growth and development opportunities to all through dedicated efforts like training, education, research, mass communication and lawful actions on contemporary issues in the society dominant in human development covering but not restricted to the areas of civilization, population, governance, livelihoods, lifestyle, society, culture, economy, business, management practices and also undertaking the projects of corrective measures for inclusive and sustainable development to create society free from unemployment, diseases, hunger, poverty, social and physical insecurity etc, and having improved and acceptable “Human Development Index” thereon.
